Every scoop is a one-way ticket to cuteness~ all sales at Super Cute Scoops are final! 🎀✨ Because every scoop is a mystery surprise, we're unable to offer returns or refunds. We hope you understand~!🌸

What's inside your scoop? 👀🎀 Every order comes with a guaranteed minimum number of goodies based on your scoop size — and sometimes we sneak in a little extra~! 🌟 Your haul could include plushies, stationery, keychains, and more. Specific items cannot be requested or swapped — the surprise IS the experience! 🎁

Why no returns? 🥺 Just like a mystery blind box, once it's opened, the magic has already happened! We carefully curate every scoop with love, so each one is totally unique to you.

💕A note about group requests~ 📝 We love that you have a favorite! If you leave a group preference at checkout, we'll do our best to include it — but please note this is a best-effort request only and cannot be guaranteed. Specific members within a group cannot be accommodated under any circumstances. Orders cannot be returned or refunded based on group or member preferences~ 💕

Received something damaged? 📦 We pack every scoop with care, but if something arrives damaged in transit, we've got you! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage AND your original packaging. Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 7-day window cannot be accommodated. We review all claims carefully and reserve the right to determine eligibility. 🩷
